For me this week has been about embracing the questions and the struggle. When I say “struggle” I don’t mean the daily and weekly tasks, I actually find that pretty enjoyable. The struggle for me is allowing myself to relax and let the process come to me. The thing that has helped me most with this is an increased focus on “the sit”. Learning to control my body and mind has allowed me to reflect on what is right in front of me. Without even noticing, I find myself seeing things in a different light, like the changing colors of the trees, and making an extra effort to bring the gift of a compliment or even a simple smile and wave to everyone I encountered through out the week. I find it has resulted in an increased positive attitude and therefore giving me the ability to “let my light shine” a little bit more with everyday that passes. For me, this was a big and pretty important week and I can’t wait to see what is on deck for next week!
I can’t wait either, Brandon! Keep up the great work! π

Overall, Brandon, are you feeling happier than you did before starting this year’s MKE program? From reading your blogs, that certainly appears to be the case! π
